Camilan berbentuk bulat pipih dengan isian kacang hijau ini telah menjadi buah bibir nasional, namun sedikit yang tahu bahwa identitas &#8220;Pathok&#8221; bukan sekadar merek, melainkan nama sebuah kampung yang menjadi titik nol sejarahnya.<\/p>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"2\" \/>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"3\">1. Akar Sejarah: Bingkisan Kasih dari Tiongkok<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"4\">Bakpia berasal dari dialek Hokkien, yaitu kata <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"47\">&#8220;Bak&#8221;<\/b> (daging) dan <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"66\">&#8220;Pia&#8221;<\/b> (kue). Di negeri asalnya, bakpia adalah kue berisi daging babi. Namun, ketika dibawa masuk ke Yogyakarta pada awal abad ke-20\u2014khususnya oleh <b data-path-to-node=\"4\" data-index-in-node=\"213\">Kwik Sun Kwok<\/b> pada tahun 1940-an\u2014terjadi adaptasi budaya yang luar biasa.<\/p>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"5\">Mengingat masyarakat Yogyakarta mayoritas beragama Islam, isi daging babi diganti menjadi <b data-path-to-node=\"5\" data-index-in-node=\"90\">kacang hijau<\/b> yang dimaniskan. Inilah momen lahirnya bakpia &#8220;asli&#8221; versi lokal yang kita kenal sekarang.<\/p>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"6\">2. Kelahiran Kampung Pathok<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"7\">Bakpia awalnya tidak langsung meledak sebagai industri besar. Pada tahun 1948, keluarga Kwik Sun Kwok memproduksi bakpia di sebuah kawasan bernama <b data-path-to-node=\"7\" data-index-in-node=\"147\">Pathok<\/b> (sekarang dikenal sebagai Jl. KS Tubun).<\/p>\n<ul data-path-to-node=\"8\">\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Sistem Nomor:<\/b> Uniknya, dulu bakpia dijual tanpa merek dagang. Untuk membedakan satu produsen dengan yang lain, warga menggunakan <b data-path-to-node=\"8,0,0\" data-index-in-node=\"129\">nomor rumah<\/b>. Itulah mengapa hingga kini kita mengenal merek-merek legendaris seperti Bakpia 25, Bakpia 75, atau Bakpia 55.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\"><b data-path-to-node=\"8,1,0\" data-index-in-node=\"0\">Ledakan Industri:<\/b> Tahun 1980-an menjadi masa keemasan di mana Pathok resmi dikukuhkan sebagai kampung wisata bakpia, di mana hampir setiap rumah memiliki dapur produksi sendiri.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr data-path-to-node=\"9\" \/>\n<h3 data-path-to-node=\"10\">3. Anatomi Bakpia: Tradisional vs Modern<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"11\">Seiring perkembangan zaman, bakpia tidak lagi hanya soal kacang hijau. Mengapa Begitu Dicintai?<\/h3>\n<p data-path-to-node=\"19\">Bakpia Pathok berhasil bertahan melintasi generasi karena ia bukan sekadar makanan, melainkan simbol <b data-path-to-node=\"19\" data-index-in-node=\"101\">akulturasi<\/b>.
